Sessions emphasise decision-making under pressure, partner communication, and the tactical patterns used in competitive padel.

This 4-week beginner/improver course covers the fundamentals of Padel in a fun and supportive environment. You’ll learn the basics of shot technique, court positioning and tactics with a focus on mastering the basics. From learning the key overhead shots through to a consistent serving technique, each session will help you develop solid foundations and practise matchplay.  This weekly course is perfect for beginners (Playtomic level 0-1.5) who already know the basic rules and are building a good foundation as well as improver players who want to sharpen the essentials.
