Ready to learn the foundations of padel? This session is your perfect starting point.
Across 60 minutes, our coach will walk you through the essential rules, movements and techniques you’ll use every time you step on court.
What to expect:
🎾 Learn the basics: Scoring, court layout, walls, and how to rally.
💡 Technique made simple: Work on serves, volleys, Bandejas, and groundstrokes through fun, structured drills.
🔥 Loads of hitting time: You’ll be moving, swinging and improving from the first minute.
🙌 Beginner-only environment: Everyone around you is at the same level—no pressure, just progress.
You’ll leave this session confident in the fundamentals and ready to progress naturally into our Beginner Coaching - Matchplay session, where you’ll experience your first real padel games!
