A coaching session between the intro session and the blue coaching group. Aimed at people still new to Padel and wanting to develop their skills and confidence to later attend Blue sessions. Aimed at people wanting to build their confidence who have minimal racket skills. Not restricted to levels but aimed at those new to the sport or racket sports more generally.
